Aujourd’hui, l’excitation est montée d’un cran en moi, je viens de recevoir les premiers documents qui constitueront la base de la préparation à mon départ pour l’Australie.
L’enveloppe est très fournie, notamment par les 40 pages du formulaire d’inscription au VISA d’étudiant qui me permettra de m’établir pendant 6 mois de l’autre côté du globe. Après l’avoir feuilleté un moment je me rends compte qu’il me sera impossible de le remplir seul au vu des explications qui sont en anglais et des informations demandées super-précises. Heureusement EF (l’organisation qui va préparer le voyage pour moi) propose une séance qui m’aidera à completer le dossier.
Autre document faisant partie de la lettre, une vingtaines de pages expliquent comment se comporter dans la famille d’accueil, pour qui me prennent-ils je suis quelqu’un de civilisé, non mais !
Enfin je commence ce blog (ou plutôt recommence, j’ai effacé tous les anciens posts car il ne sera consacré qu’au voyage en Australie et croyez moi, il y aura de quoi lire !) dans le but de vous faire vivre une petite partie de mes expériences dans le pays des kangourous. Le projet me trotte depuis longtemps dans la tête et je suis content d’enfin pouvoir y parvenir, l’école de recrue étant terminée. Je passerai donc 6 mois dans une université spéciale EF à Brisbane pour y étudier uniquement l’anglais (qui est déjà assez fourni, mais paraît-il qu’il n’y a que la paperasse qui compte). Je serai logé dans une famille locale avec une autre personne dans la chambre (je dois avouer que j’ai longuement hésité d’ailleurs à prendre une chambre double, mais je me suis dit que ça élargirais encore plus mon expérience australienne).
Vous pouvez juger de mon excitation je ne pars pas avant 2 mois et je commence déjà d’écrire et de fabuler à propos de mon aventure.
Je vais essayer de traduire tous mes textes in english pour tous les autres non-francophones qui serait intéressé.

So i’ll start right now by translating my first post here. I know it won’t be easy every day and yeah of course I know i will make a lot of mistakes at the beginning but the most important is that you understand what i say here. (thanks to google translating tools)
Excitation growed up to the next level today because i received the first mail which contains most of the basic formulars to prepair my travel trough the world to Australia.
The envelope is very heavy because mostly of the 40 pages of the Student VISA formular which will make me able to stay in australian ground for 6 months. After having reading it a bit, I immediately understood that I wouldn’t be able to fill it up alone because of the high-precise answers asked and the english explanations. Hopefully EF gives a session to help us to complete it.
Other document in the letter is twenty pages which explains the behaviour we have to complain in the local family for who are they taking me for ? I’m civilized (not sure of the formulation though )
Finally i’ve started that blog (or maybe re-satrted because I erased all the old posts) because i want that website to be entirely devoted to my australian experience, and believe me there will be a lot to read about. My goal is to make you feel the feelings I have in the kangaroo’s country. The project trots in my head since a couple of months. (wow these two last sentences are surely false but anyway… let’s go on). I’m happy to start it at last. So I will pass 6 months in a special EF university at Brisbane to study merely english (which is allready good but some says only papers count so I have to make an examen to prouve it). I’ll live in a family with another guy in my room (I have to admit I hesited a long time about that but i finally decided to do that because it’ll enlarge my australian experience).

I think I’ve done pretty good with the translation, but I cheer up (where the hell comes that verb?) my visitors to correct me as soon as they find any mistake. This is also valid for the french part..
